This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our credibility scoring platform. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, and other applicable Indian laws.

Order details including order number, amount, payment mode, outcome, return reasons, and timestamps provided by integrated platforms.
Before obtaining consent, we provide a clear notice in English or any of the 22 languages in the Eighth Schedule of the Constitution, itemizing: (i) categories of personal data collected (e.g., name, phone); (ii) purposes (e.g., score calculation); (iii) your rights; and (iv) complaint mechanisms to the Data Protection Board. Consent is free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous, and can be withdrawn anytime.
For children under 18 or persons with disabilities, we obtain verifiable parental/guardian consent and prohibit harmful processing, behavioral tracking, or targeted ads.
We collect only necessary personal data and retain it for as long as required for the purposes outlined (e.g., transaction data for 5 years for legal compliance, or until consent withdrawal). Data is securely deleted or anonymized thereafter, in line with DPDP Act principles.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and related Indian data protection laws.
Important: No Aadhaar numbers are stored in our system. DigiLocker verification is one-time and consent-based.
In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected users and the Data Protection Board without undue delay, typically within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required by the DPDP Act. Notifications will include details of the breach, potential impacts, and mitigation steps.
We share credibility scores with integrated e-commerce platforms to reduce fraud. Personal information is NOT sold to third parties. We may share data when:
