Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a Platform on SC Score and using our API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SC Score provides e-commerce platforms with API access to consumer and seller credibility scores, checkout verification widgets, and fraud detection tools. Services are provided "as-is" with 99.9% uptime SLA.

3. Platform Obligations

• Provide accurate GSTIN and business information
• Maintain confidentiality of API keys
• Upload accurate order data monthly
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtain consumer consent before sharing data
• Not reverse-engineer or misuse our services

4. Billing & Payment

Platforms are billed monthly based on verified checkout events. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. API Usage

• API keys must not be shared or exposed publicly
• Rate limits apply based on your plan
• We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for abuse
• API responses should not be cached beyond 24 hours

6. Data Accuracy

Platforms warrant that all data uploaded is accurate and obtained legally. We are not liable for decisions made based on scores derived from inaccurate data provided by platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

SC Score's liability is limited to the fees paid by the Platform in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms. Upon termination, API access is revoked and outstanding fees become due.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
